3 flat tummy foods

· Asparagus -Contain inulin – a dietary fibre that works as a prebiotic , improving digestion and easing bloating.

· Yoghurt -Contains good bacteria to break down sugars and decrease bloating. Make sure you get one that is low in sugar otherwise you defeat the purpose

· Peppermint - Soothing affect on the gut and helps with excess gas. Tastes great in a salad or in a tea. Very easy to grow in the garden or in a pot on the kitchen bench.

 

Protein

If you are snacking a lot it could be because your blood sugar levels are dropping. This can be fixed by something simple as introducing more good quality protein into your diet; especially around lunch time, to avoid that mid afternoon slump.
