Tailoring programs

All our bodies are different.  Below we outline the four typical morphotypes to characterise where and how we gain weight.  It is extremely important to know this in order to gain the best results from your slimming program.  Your initial consultation will outline your body type and a program will be designed from there.
Characterised by a narrow streamlined shape, with long limbs and fine bones.  If weight occurs, fat is first deposited around the abdomen and thighs with the upper body remained slim.
Characterised by a generalised thickening and puffiness of the body.  This is due to the fact that she retains water easily especially in her limbs which gives her thick arms and legs with a straight up and down look along their length. Lympathic women find they gain weight easily.
Characterised by a pear shape, with the body flaring outwards toward the hips and thighs.  The buttocks are curved and rounded and the thighs are curved outwards laterally.  The waist is tapered and smaller than the hips giving feminine appearance.  The majority of women fit into the gynaeoid shape.
Characterised by a strong, thickset skeletal frame with large shoulders, a large rib cage and muscular limbs.  The neck, chest and abdomen are rather thick and the pelvis is small so the android women are relatively straight up and down.  If weight gain occurs, fat is deposited in the upper part of the body – above the pelvis.
